This notice explains what Nuage OÜ (Tallinn, Estonia) does with your personal data when you use expert.band, and what your rights are.
Who we are
Nuage OÜ operates expert.band. You can reach us at hello@expert.band for any question about your data.
What we collect
Account data (name, email, password hash or Google account id, language, phone if you enter one), band data you or your band leader enter (songs, setlists, events, availability, ratings, quotes, gear), files you upload, billing details handled by Stripe (we store only a customer reference and subscription status), and technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) kept for security.
Why we process it
To provide the service you signed up for (contract), to send transactional messages such as invitations, availability requests and rehearsal reminders (contract), to bill subscriptions (contract and legal obligation), to keep the service secure (legitimate interest), and to answer your requests.
Who else sees it
Processors under contract: Hetzner (hosting, EU), Cloudflare (file storage, EU jurisdiction), Stripe (payments), Zoho (email delivery, EU), sms.to (SMS delivery). Your band's members see the band data you share with them. We never sell data and never use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. A closed account and its bands are deleted within 30 days. Backups are kept for 90 days. Invoices are kept as long as accounting law requires.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Write to hello@expert.band; we answer within 30 days. Band members can ask their band leader to remove them, or write to us.
Cookies
We use one session cookie to keep you signed in and one to remember your language. No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics.
Changes
We will announce material changes to this notice by email and in the app.
