Terms of service

1. The service
expert.band is a web application for managing bands, provided by Nuage OÜ. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your password and for what happens under your account. Band leaders are responsible for the data they and their members enter.
3. Trial and subscription
Every new account gets a free trial of 30 days. After that, a subscription of €3.90 per month is required for the account to keep write access; each additional band costs €2.00 per month. Prices include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months.
4. Read-only mode
When a trial or subscription ends, the account's bands become read-only. No data is deleted. Subscribing restores full access.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to what you upload. You grant us the licence needed to store and display it to your band. Do not upload content you have no right to share, and do not use the service to send unsolicited messages.
6. Fair use
SMS is limited to a monthly allowance per account. We may throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the service or harm other users.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Backups are made daily. We are not liable for indirect damages; our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last twelve months.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the account page. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms with reasonable notice, or immediately in case of abuse.
9. Changes
We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Continued use after that date means acceptance.
10. Law
Estonian law applies. Disputes are settled in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless consumer law gives you another forum.
