Account and billing
Trial, subscription and extra bands, the SMS allowance, cancelling, deleting your account, language and Google sign-in.
The trial
Every new account starts with a free trial. During the trial everything works, including SMS. No card is needed. A banner shows how many days are left. When the trial ends, the bands you own become read-only: nobody can add or change anything, but nothing is deleted and everything can still be read and printed.
Subscribing
On the Billing page choose your currency (euro or US dollar) and continue to the secure checkout, handled by Stripe. The plan costs a fixed monthly amount for your first band, plus a smaller amount for each additional band you own. Members are not billed. Invoices and the payment method are managed on the same page.
Extra bands
You can own as many bands as you like on one account. Each band beyond the first is added to your subscription automatically when you create it and removed when you delete it. The change is prorated on the next invoice.
SMS allowance
Each paying account has a monthly allowance of SMS, shared by all its bands. Availability requests, rehearsal reminders and rating-round links use it; emails are unlimited and always sent. When the allowance is used up, the app tells you and falls back to email until the first day of the next month.
Cancelling
Cancel from the Billing page at any time. Your access continues until the end of the paid period; after that, your bands become read-only. Subscribe again whenever you want and everything is back as it was.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account on the account page. If you own bands, transfer them to another member first, or delete them. Deleting the account removes your memberships, your ratings, votes and availability. It cannot be undone.
Language and appearance
Choose your language on the account page or with the language switcher on the site. It applies to the app and to every email and SMS you receive. Pick light, dark or system theme on the same page.
Google sign-in
You can sign in with Google instead of a password. If an account with the same email address already exists, Google is linked to it; there is no second account. You can add a password later on the account page so that both methods work.
